Research Scientist (Per Diem / Casual)- Developmental Screening & Enhancement Program

This is a casual, grant funded position which is subject to renewal by 12/31/26

JOB SUMMARY:

Research Scientist P/D The Associate Research Scientist functions as an independent investigator, has complete responsibility for his/her research program, \& has served at the rank of Assistant Research Scientist, or equivalent, for a period sufficient to have established a strong record of research \& scholarship. Has established a national reputation for a productive program of research \& scholarship supported by a substantial \& significant record of publications in high quality journals. Develops \& sustains productive collaborative relationships within \& outside the organization at the national level. Mentors \& contributes to the development of Assistant Research Scientists. Maintains independent extramural funding. Participates in hospital or professional service activities \& may serve in a leadership capacity in professional organizations. May hold an academic appointment at University \& engage in teaching and/or student mentorship.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Doctorate Degree (non MD)

1 Year of Experience

Generally required to be a fully self-funded investigator

Experience and record of achievement as an Assistant Research Scientist or equivalent

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

3 Years of Experience

The current salary range for this position is $41\.94 to $74\.51
