We’re Hiring: Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

Aurify is looking for a visionary, hands-on CTO to lead our engineering team and scale our B2C visual AI platform.

Location: Fully Remote (Strong preference for United States and Seoul, South Korea)

Type: Full-time, Executive

Core Requirement: Proven experience building B2C consumer-facing apps (Visual AI, image/video generation, or AI avatars).

You’ve Probably Worked On Something Like:

●      An AI avatar or digital human platform enabling users to generate AI versions of themselves.

●      A consumer image generation app (photo-to-image, style transfer, personalized AI photos).

●      An AI video creation tool turning photos or prompts into short-form video content.

●      A social or UGC platform with AI-powered media features built for everyday users.

You know the technical challenges firsthand: generation quality, latency, user expectations, API costs, and keeping up with a model landscape that changes every few weeks.

What You’ll Own:

●      AI Integration: Integrating and managing AI APIs for image, video, and avatar generation.

●      Architecture: Building a scalable architecture that handles high content volume reliably and cost-effectively.

●      Team Leadership: Leading a small, agile engineering team (currently front-end and back-end developers).

●      Agile Strategy: Making fast decisions when new models or competitors change the landscape.

●      Cost Optimization: Keeping infrastructure and token costs in check as our user base grows.

●      Quality Control: Collaborating with marketing and content teams to ensure output quality matches consumer expectations.

What Matters Most:

●      You have shipped a B2C product where the core output is AI-generated visual content.

●      You’ve worked hands-on with image or video generation APIs—not just read about them.

●      You're highly comfortable in a small, fast-paced startup team without established processes.

●      You understand consumer behavior—retention, virality, and why users share content.
