Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and enhance critical trading applications
• Build high performance systems that support real time market data processing and trading activity

• Collaborate closely with traders, quantitative researchers, and fellow engineers to deliver innovative technology solutions

• Work on challenging problems spanning software engineering, networking, distributed systems, and financial technology

Requirements

• 2\+ years of professional software development experience in a finance environment
• Strong programming skills in C\+\+
• Experience building multi-threaded and client-server applications
• Strong understanding of software engineering fundamentals, system design, and debugging
• Experience working with both Linux and Windows environments
• Knowledge of networking technologies and databases is a plus
• Ability to take ownership of projects and drive them through completion
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving ability
