Construction Manager

(This position is located in the East Bay)

This is a role for someone who wants a broader seat at the table not just managing a single project, but staying involved across multiple jobs and helping drive how they’re executed.

You’ll be working within a

mid-sized, family-oriented general contractor

where the environment is collaborative, steady, and relationship-driven. The work spans both public and private sectors, higher education, office, multifamily, retail, and redevelopment. It’s a mix that keeps things interesting, but also requires someone who can shift gears and stay organized across different project types.

We’re open to

experienced Project Managers

ready to step into a broader Construction Manager role, as well as those who have already been operating at this level and are looking for a more grounded, team-oriented environment.

Desired Skills and Experience

• 8\+ years of experience with a commercial general contractor with reputable firms

• Background across a mix of project types (education, office, multifamily, retail, or redevelopment)

• Strong understanding of budgeting, scheduling, and overall project execution

• Comfortable working with both public and private sector clients

• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field is preferred

Compensation

$180,000 - $225,000 base salary, depending on experience, plus bonus.
