DP World Logistics is looking for a driven

Executive – Inside Sales

to support our

KSA business unit

and contribute to revenue growth through strong commercial execution, fast quotation turnaround, and close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage quotations on behalf of the DP World Logistics commercial team
• Own and execute the quotation and contract process with relevant stakeholders
• Acquire and develop SME customers across freight, warehousing, and customs brokerage services
• Coordinate with internal teams, DP World global offices, and external logistics partners
• Maintain accurate and timely updates in CRM systems
• Develop analytical reports and dashboards (e.g., quote tracker, pipeline, performance, hit rate, campaigns)
• Support frontline sales with order issue resolution, account registration, invoicing, and shipment challenges
• Act as a key support partner to Account Owners during market activities

🔹 What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field
• Understanding of logistics services (freight forwarding, warehousing, customs brokerage)
• Strong commercial acumen with experience in pricing, quotations, and contract processes
• Proven ability to build and manage SME customer relationships
• Experience using CRM systems and MS Office
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an advantage
