Buford, GA- On-Site, 5 Days/Week

Compensation:

$55,000 base salary \+ commission (OTE $100,000-$150,000\+)

Schedule:

8:00 AM – 6:00PM

About The Role

We’re seeking a high-energy, motivated, and results-driven Phone Sales Specialist to join a fast-growing luxury automotive brand known for building some of the most iconic custom vehicles in the world. Backed by massive visibility, high-profile clientele, and millions of followers across social platforms, this is a rare chance to step into a high-demand, high-growth sales environment.

This is a 100% inbound role — no cold calling. You’ll be engaging with high-intent, high-net-worth prospects who have already expressed interest through Instagram, paid ads, organic social traffic, and marketing funnels.

The Phone Lead Sales Specialist will focus strictly on live phone engagement, qualification, and appointment setting for the closing sales team.

What You’ll Do

Handle high-volume inbound phone leads in real time

Make outbound follow-up calls to recent inbound inquiries from the past 7\+ days

Qualify prospects and book high-quality appointments for the closing team

Ensure scheduled calls and appointments show by properly vetting buyer readiness

Maintain accurate and timely notes in Salesforce CRM

Work closely with the SMS and Closing teams to ensure seamless handoff

Respond to hot leads until evening hours as part of a structured coverage plan

Consistently hit daily and weekly activity and performance goals

Qualifications

Proven experience in inside sales, appointment setting, call center, or lead generation

Extremely comfortable with high-volume phone-based selling

Strong verbal communication and objection-handling skills

Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems

Comfortable using AI tools and automation to improve workflow

Highly organized with strong attention to detail

Confident, personable, and professional with high-net-worth clientele

Coachable, competitive, and driven

Luxury or high-ticket sales experience is a plus, but motivation and work ethic matter most
