Business Analyst

🔍 What You’ll Do

• Gather, document, and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications for development teams.
• Create process flow diagrams, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and QA teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to inform product decisions.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
• Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and validate solutions against requirements.

📊 What We’re Looking For

• 2\+ years

of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.

• Strong skills in requirements gathering and documentation.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Fluency in English (written and verbal).

💡 Nice to Have

• Experience in SaaS, fintech, or IT projects.
• Knowledge of SQL or data analysis tools.
• Understanding of UX/UI principles.
• Business analysis certifications (CBAP, PMI-PBA, etc.).
