is looking for an experienced and results-driven Operations Manager to join our team in Miami, USA. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in logistics operations, particularly in sea freight and air freight, and a proven ability to manage end-to-end supply chain processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily logistics and operations activities across sea and air freight
• Manage shipments, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery
• Coordinate with carriers, vendors, and internal teams
• Monitor operational performance and implement process improvements
• Ensure compliance with local and international shipping regulations
• Lead and support the operations team to achieve targets and KPIs

Requirements:

• Proven experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain operations
• Strong background in sea freight and air freight operations
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Experience in the USA market is a plus
