Job description:

• Lead the successful execution of Information Technology and Digital Transformation projects;
• Play a key role in the preparation of technical proposals and tenders, focusing primarily on EU Institutions and International Organisations;
• Identify customer business needs and translate them into robust, operational IT solutions;
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and budget and to the highest quality standards;
• Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients and external partners;
• Actively collaborate with the rest of the team, effectively communicating ideas to achieve goals

Requirements

Job requirements:

• University degree in Computer Science, Engineering or similar;
• At least 5\+ years of professional experience in a similar position;
• Proven hands-on experience delivering Digital Transformation projects and implementing new technologies;
• Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities seamlessly;
• An innovative and entrepreneurial character who takes ownership and thrives in a dynamic environment;
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Greek, written and verbal
