What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Serve as the primary liaison between the outbound reporting team and client-facing departments
• Facilitate requirement gathering and translate business needs into technical specifications
• Manage intake workflows for the client reporting team, ensuring timely delivery of requests
• Analyze healthcare data related to claims, eligibility, and benefit structures
• Write SQL queries and collaborate on the development of dashboards and reports

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Strong understanding of healthcare data, including claim files and healthcare plan structures
• Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for engaging both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities with strong attention to detail
• Ability to manage competing priorities and coordinate workflows

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience in a healthcare payer, TPA, pharmacy benefits, or healthcare analytics environment
• Prior involvement in operational process improvement or KPI development
• Familiarity with ETL concepts, data pipelines, or similar data engineering processes
• Background supporting custom reporting teams or client-facing analytics programs
