Senior Operations Manager

Senior Operations Leader

to oversee a large, complex, and

highly visible operation

in a regulated,

service-driven

environment. This role is ideal for a

of operational performance.

What You’ll Do

• Lead

day-to-day operations

for a large workforce and asset-heavy environment

• Serve as the senior

on-site leader

and primary customer-facing representative

• Drive operational excellence across safety, service, staffing, and compliance
• Partner closely with HR, fleet/maintenance, and frontline leadership
• Monitor performance metrics

and continuously improve reliability and efficiency

• Foster a culture of accountability, communication, and engagement
• Manage financial performance, staffing levels, and resource planning

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience leading

large, frontline operations

(transportation, logistics, facilities, or similar)

• Strong

customer-facing

and relationship management skills

• Experience working in unionized or highly regulated environments
• Financial acumen with

comfort owning budgets

and performance metrics

• Decisive, resilient leader who can operate effectively under pressure
• Willingness to be highly visible and

present during early mornings

and peak operating hours
