Job Description
OVERVIEW
- As a Change Analyst, you will play a key role in ensuring successful transitions and transformations within the organization.
- End-to-end change management - impact analysis, planning, analyzing, designing and implementing the change while ensuring adoption covering impact to organization, culture and business processes, including training.
What you will need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business and/or Technology field, HR Organizational Development, Industrial Engineering
- Experience in system implementation
- Experience in change management, organizational development, and/or business process
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong facilitation and presentation abilities.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Knowledge in change management methodologies and tools.
- Knowledge of project management principles.
- High level of empathy and understanding of the human side of change.
- Certification in change management (e.g., Prosci) is
an advantage
