Working within our function departments, you would be supporting all of our businesses.

Rentokil Initial Indonesia

is looking for a strategic and detail-oriented leader to join our Operations team as a

Quality Assurance (QA) Manager

. This role is pivotal in ensuring that all service delivery and operational processes meet the highest standards set by the company and Indonesian regulations

Key Responsibilities

  • Process \& Quality Management: Plan, supervise, and control all QA activities to guarantee that services and products are distributed according to the Company's Quality Management System.
  • Standards Compliance: Ensure all Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Work Instructions (WI) are implemented in alignment with SHE (Safety, Health, and Environment) and ISO standards.
  • Service Excellence: Collaborate with Regional Operation Managers, Technical, and Supply Chain teams to improve service quality and maintain the integrity of raw materials and equipment.
  • Continuous Improvement: Use audit results and quality control data to drive active continuous improvement across all operational departments.
  • People Leadership: Manage and develop a high-performing team, including the Conformance \& Internal Control Assistant Manager and Field Specialists. This involves coaching, mentoring, and conducting performance evaluations.
  • Analysis \& Reporting: Review subordinate reports and create comprehensive QA activity reports for both internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

**Education \& Experience**

  • Education: Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in any major. Preferred majors include Plant Protection (Pests/Diseases), Environmental Engineering, Biology, Public Health, or Entomology.
  • Professional Experience: Minimum 5 years in a Managerial position.
  • B2B Expertise: Proven experience in managing and maintaining relationships with B2B (Business-to-Business) clients.

**Skills \& Competencies**

  • Language Proficiency: Must be fluent in English (both written and spoken).
  • Digital Savviness: Ability to work in a technology-based environment and quickly adopt the latest digital platforms.
  • Quality Expertise: Strong background in Quality Assurance and Quality Management Systems.
  • Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with pesticides, hygiene products, pest control methods, and government service regulations.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. Must possess strong problem-solving techniques and the ability to manage stress/emotions effectively.
  • Licenses: Must hold a valid driver's license (SIM A and/or C)
