The Role

We're looking for an experienced Quality Manager with a strong background in metalworking and manufacturing. You'll lead our Quality team (3-5 inspectors), own the quality management system, drive continuous improvement, and serve as the primary quality interface with our customers and suppliers. This role reports to the VP of Operations.

What You'll Do

• Lead and manage the Quality team with clear expectations, high performance standards, and accountability
• Perform and oversee PPAPs and related customer submissions
• Maintain ISO 9001 certification readiness and ensure ongoing compliance with customer and regulatory requirements
• Develop, implement, and maintain quality systems, procedures, and documentation
• Analyze quality data to drive corrective and preventive actions and support continuous improvement initiatives
• Interface directly with customers, suppliers, and internal teams on quality requirements and issue resolution

What You Bring

• Proven experience as a Quality Manager in metalworking or precision manufacturing
• Strong working knowledge of PPAP, APQP, FMEA, and Control Plans
• Thorough understanding of ISO 9001 and related quality standards
• Track record of managing and developing a team
• Sharp attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and sound decision-making
• Clear, confident communication and problem-solving ability

Salary range based on experience: $60,000-80,000
