Graduate Mechanical Engineer

As part of Penspen’s strategic initiative to strengthen the UAE’s national talent pool, we are seeking fresh Engineering Graduates from Mechanical discipline

to be based in Abu Dhabi

Main Purpose Of Role

Development Discipline Engineering Role to provide support to the engineering team on projects and within the business as required.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with relevant discipline from recognized university
• Master’s degree in relevant discipline will be an added advantage

Essential

Knowledge / Experience (Skills):

• 0 -3 years of Oil \& Gas Experience.

Advantage

• Previous experience in Region

Oil \& Gas Design experience

Technical Knowledge And Skills (Discipline Specific)

• Solid university training in mechanical and/or piping engineering design
• Knowledge of 2D and 3D CADD applications will be an added advantage.
• Knowledge of PDS or equivalent software is an added advantage.
• Knowledge of basic engineering processes
• Familiarity with international codes, standards and engineering practices
• Must be familiar with basic design concepts
• Technical analysis of engineering problems
• Preparation of non-critical engineering design documents
• Must have the ability to prepare engineering deliverables as per company technical competency standards.
