We’re looking for a hands-on, dependable
Maintenance Technician
to help keep our senior living community running smoothly and safely. If you take pride in solving problems, delivering great service, and maintaining high-quality environments—this could be a great fit.
What You’ll Do
âś” Maintain apartments and common areas (unit turns, preventative maintenance)
âś” Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
âś” Respond to service requests quickly and professionally
âś” Support a safe, comfortable living experience for residents
âś” Participate in an on-call rotation for emergencies
What You Bring
🔹 5\+ years in multifamily or senior living maintenance
🔹 EPA certification (bonus)
🔹 Strong HVAC knowledge (water source heat pump experience is a plus)
🔹 Solid troubleshooting skills and attention to detail
🔹 A customer-first mindset and strong communication skills
Schedule
🗓 Tuesday–Saturday (off Sunday \& Monday)
