The Role
Fragrance Du Bois is seeking a highly motivated and creative PR, Digital \& Influencer Relations Manager to lead the brand's communications, digital marketing, influencer partnerships, and public relations efforts across the United States.
Reporting to the Global Marketing Team in London and working closely with the Americas leadership team, this role will be responsible for growing brand awareness, strengthening media presence, driving digital engagement, supporting retail partnerships, and increasing customer acquisition through strategic marketing initiatives.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of luxury beauty, fragrance, fashion, lifestyle, and prestige retail environments, with proven experience executing integrated marketing campaigns that deliver measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
Public Relations \& Communications
- Develop and execute strategic PR initiatives that elevate brand awareness and strengthen Fragrance Du Bois' position within the luxury fragrance category.
- Draft and distribute press releases, media alerts, executive communications, and brand announcements.
- Build and maintain relationships with editors, journalists, beauty publications, luxury lifestyle media, and industry stakeholders.
- Secure earned media opportunities, product placements, interviews, and editorial coverage.
- Monitor media coverage and provide reporting and analysis to management.
- Support crisis communication planning and reputation management initiatives.
Influencer \& Celebrity Relations
- Identify, recruit, negotiate, and manage relationships with influencers, content creators, celebrities, athletes, and key opinion leaders.
- Develop influencer gifting programs, paid partnerships, launch campaigns, and event collaborations.
- Monitor influencer performance and ROI through engagement, reach, impressions, and conversion metrics.
- Maintain a network of fragrance, beauty, luxury lifestyle, fashion, and sports influencers.
Digital Marketing \& Performance
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok, Pinterest, and other relevant channels.
- Manage paid media budgets and optimize campaign performance to achieve ROI objectives.
- Oversee email marketing campaigns, CRM initiatives, customer acquisition, and retention programs.
- Collaborate with the Global Marketing Team to ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints.
- Analyze campaign performance and prepare regular reporting with actionable insights.
Social Media \& Content Management
- Manage and grow Fragrance Du Bois' social media presence in the United States.
- Create and coordinate engaging content across social platforms.
- Work closely with creative teams, photographers, videographers, and agency partners.
- Maintain content calendars aligned with launches, retailer activations, and global campaigns.
Retail \& Trade Marketing Support
- Support marketing initiatives with key retail partners including Saks Fifth Avenue, Neiman Marcus, Nordstrom, Bloomingdale's, and specialty fragrance retailers.
- Coordinate retailer-specific campaigns, events, animations, gifting initiatives, and promotional opportunities.
- Work with sales and marketing teams to maximize brand visibility at retail.
- Assist in planning and executing in-store events, customer experiences, and brand activations.
Events \& Brand Experiences
- Plan and execute launch events, influencer gatherings, and press previews.
- Coordinate event logistics, budgets, vendor relationships, and post-event reporting.
- Ensure all events reflect the luxury positioning and standards of Fragrance Du Bois.
Collaboration \& Leadership
- Work cross-functionally with Global Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Executive Leadership teams.
- Manage relationships with external agencies, PR firms, freelancers, and creative partners.
- Provide recommendations and strategic insights to leadership based on market trends and performance data.
Required Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Business, or related field.
Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in luxury beauty, fragrance, fashion, lifestyle, or prestige consumer brands.
- Proven experience in public relations, influencer marketing, digital marketing, and brand communications.
- Experience managing marketing budgets and measuring campaign performance.
- Strong understanding of luxury consumer behavior and brand positioning.
Technical Skills
- Experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, SEO, and email marketing platforms.
- Familiarity with CRM systems such as HubSpot, Klaviyo, Salesforce, or similar.
- Experience with media databases and PR tools including Cision, Muck Rack, or equivalent.
- Strong reporting and analytical capabilities.
Communication
- Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to represent the brand professionally with media, influencers, retailers, and partners.
Languages
- Fluent English required.
- Spanish strongly preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience within luxury fragrance, beauty, skincare, cosmetics, or fashion brands.
- Existing relationships with beauty editors, journalists, influencers, and industry contacts.
- Experience working with department store retailers and prestige beauty environments.
- Strong understanding of influencer marketing trends and social commerce.
- Experience executing luxury events and experiential marketing programs.

Location Requirement
This position is exclusively based in
Miami, Florida
and is not a remote role.
The successful candidate will be expected to work from our Miami office and maintain regular in-person attendance as required to support collaboration with management, cross-functional teams, and business operations. Applicants must either currently reside in the Miami area or be willing to relocate prior to their start date.
