Job Summary
- The Department Head is primarily responsible for the strategic management and growth of the bank's Deposit Products. Reporting to the Retail Transformation Division Head, this role focuses on building the deposit portfolio by ensuring high client satisfaction across all touchpoints. The position involves conceptualizing customer experience models, overseeing the "marketing mix" (Product, Pricing, Promotion, and Place), and ensuring that all product delivery is seamless and competitive within the industry.
How will you contribute?
- Strategic Alignment: Formulate product and service strategies that align with the division’s sales, revenue, and profitability targets.
- Product Lifecycle Management: Lead the development, enhancement, and implementation of deposit products while ensuring they meet regulatory standards (BSP, AMLA).
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as the point person for branch distribution channels and collaborate with various units (Legal, Data Science, Marketing) to ensure product acceptance and effective sales tools.
- Operational Excellence: Manage budgets (OPEX/CAPEX), monitor project execution for profitability, and handle escalated issues to ensure smooth after-sales suppor
What will make you successful?
- University graduate from a reputable educational institution, preferably of a business-related course or Marketing
- Minimum 5 years experience in product development, management and/or marketing, preferably from a financial institution (but not limited to banking)
