Job Description

The Twenty Two is a luxury lifestyle hotel based in London. Our newest property, set within the former Margaret Louisa Home in New York City’s Union Square, offers an all-day public restaurant and a private members’ club.

We are looking for an

Marketing Manager

to join our NYC team. This role is ideal for candidates who are customer service oriented. Front desk experience is a plus.

Overview:

The Marketing Manager supports the execution of marketing initiatives for The Twenty Two New York, working under the direction of the Global Marketing Director. The role ensures that campaigns, programming, digital, and communications are delivered accurately, on time, and in alignment with global brand strategy.

The Marketing Manager acts as the day-to-day marketing support for the New York property, while also supporting Global Marketing priorities across brand, membership, food and beverage, and programming.

General Responsibilities:

Campaign Execution \& Coordination

  • Supports the execution of all New York marketing campaigns as directed by Global Marketing.
  • Coordinates timelines, assets, approvals, and delivery across internal teams and external partners.
  • Ensures campaigns are implemented accurately and in line with approved briefs and brand standards.

Content \& Digital Support (NYC)

  • Supports New York content calendars across email, social media, WhatsApp, website, programming, and on- and off-property touchpoints.
  • Coordinates content production, including photography, video, and copy, in line with Global Marketing direction.
  • Ensures all content adheres to brand guidelines and approved tone of voice.

Membership \& Programming Support

  • Coordinates with Membership and Events teams to ensure information is accurate, current, and timely on the member portal and app.
  • Supports member engagement initiatives under Global Marketing guidance.
  • Supports on-site programming and engagement through event hosting and member interaction, as required.

Reporting \& Administration

  • Tracks performance of New York marketing activity, including email, social, and website metrics.
  • Compiles reports and insights for review by the Global Marketing team.
  • Maintains organized records of campaigns, assets, and timelines.

Cross-Team Liaison (NYC)

  • Acts as the New York marketing point of contact for day-to-day coordination with Food \& Beverage, Membership, Press, Digital, Events, and Operations teams.
  • Escalates risks, gaps, or issues to Global Marketing in a timely manner.
  • Supports external agencies, vendors, and creative partners as required.
  • Performs all other related and compatible duties as assigned.

Experience Required:

  • Proven experience in a marketing, brand, or communications role, preferably within hospitality, lifestyle, or luxury brands.
  • Experience supporting integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, email, and on-property touchpoints.
