Director of Product Management

Must Haves:

• Product Line Management (PLM) Experience (proven track record of leading complex product portfolios)
• 15 years of experience minimum in product management, portfolio strategy, or business leadership, with significant exposure to RF technologies and executive-level stakeholder engagement.
• Completed Bachelor's Degree
• Must Come from a Connector Background (Examples:

TE

Connectivity, Amphenol, Molex, or Luxshare)

• Infinite Electronics Culture; personable, go-getter, driven, sharp, etc.

Plusses:

• Completed MBA
• Strong understanding of RF, Fiber Optic, and Surge protection technologies and their applications, preferred

Day to Day:

The Director of Product Portfolio Management is a senior leadership role responsible for setting the strategic direction, performance, and optimization of the established product portfolios for each business unit throughout the product lifecycle (from new product introduction to EOL). This leader will build, lead, and mentor a team of product resources focused on adding to and maximizing the performance of the product portfolio and ensuring the portfolio is aligned with enterprise objectives, market needs, and financial targets. This role will also lead and execute select process improvement initiatives across functions within the Business Unit(s).

• Will be overseeing 4-10 direct reports
• Internal facing position. Taking care of product, product lines, and sales people trying to win deals
• Program management/operational mindset. Someone that has an excel type of reporting mindset.
