Full-Time Medical Laboratory Technologist

Role:

Experienced Medical Technologist in Laboratory Services.

Responsibilities:

Perform complex diagnostic testing, validate and interpret results, and serve as a technical resource for lab staff.

Handle quality control, maintain instruments, troubleshoot issues, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, support process improvements, and mentor junior technologists.

Qualifications \& Skills:

Proven experience in diagnostic laboratory testing, strong technical knowledge, and ability to interpret complex results.

Excellent troubleshooting, instrument maintenance, and regulatory compliance skills.
