Insight Global is seeking a

Senior Product Manager

for a top legal technology client operating in the eDiscovery space. This individual will play a critical role in shaping and delivering a proprietary SaaS review platform used by sophisticated legal and enterprise customers. The ideal candidate blends strategic product thinking with hands-on execution, thrives in highly technical and client-facing environments, and partners closely with UX, Engineering, and AI teams to deliver impactful, data-driven solutions. This is a high-visibility role offering the opportunity to influence product direction, engage directly with senior stakeholders, and help drive innovation across an AI-enabled review platform.

Day-to-Day

  • Own and drive the product roadmap for the review platform
  • Act as the voice of the customer across product decisions and workflows
  • Lead product execution within Agile development teams
  • Translate ideas, enhancements, and defects into clear user stories and acceptance criteria
  • Partner with UX, Engineering, QA, Data, and AI teams from ideation through release
  • Engage directly with clients, executives, and senior stakeholders
  • Support go-to-market efforts including demos, training, and documentation
  • Evaluate competitors and third-party vendors; track market trends and usage metrics
  • Leverage AI tools for prototyping, documentation, and workflow validation

Must-Haves

  • Proven Product Management experience supporting SaaS products
  • Strong client-facing skills with executive-level communication experience
  • Ability to own product direction and influence cross-functional decision-making
  • Hands-on experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
  • Experience partnering closely with UX teams to design workflows and user experiences
  • Self-starter with end-to-end ownership of product initiatives
  • Ability to gather, synthesize, and prioritize client and stakeholder feedback into requirements

Plusses

  • Experience with AI-driven tools (especially for prototyping or workflow validation)
  • Exposure to agentic AI or AI-enabled product features
  • Familiarity with modern tech stacks (SQL, Python, React, GitHub)
  • Background in eDiscovery, legal technology, or review platforms
  • Experience supporting RFPs/RFIs and product demos
