Chief Technology Officer

📍 (CTO / CIO – Engineering Consultancy, Singapore)

We’re partnering with a leading engineering consultancy in Singapore to appoint a regional Chief Technology Officer / Chief Information Officer to drive digital transformation across the built‑environment business.

This firm covers multidisciplinary engineering, infrastructure and advisory services, with a strong reputation for complex projects and sustainable design across APAC.

The new CTO/CIO will sit on (or close to) the executive leadership team and own end‑to‑end technology strategy, from core IT and cyber to digital engineering, data and innovation.

Based in Singapore, you’ll guide tech decisions across multiple offices and markets in APAC, with exposure to cross‑border projects and diverse client demands.

Ideal background - what we’re typically looking for:

15\+ years in technology leadership, including time in engineering, infrastructure, construction or built‑environment organisations, or in consulting roles serving those sectors.

Proven experience as CTO, CIO, Head of IT, Director of Technology or Digital Transformation lead with responsibility for multi‑country or multi‑business technology portfolios.

Strong mix of enterprise IT (infrastructure, applications, cybersecurity, data governance) and “front‑line” digital capabilities (BIM, cloud collaboration, analytics for projects).

Commercially savvy, able to link tech investment to project delivery, margins and client experience, not just system uptime.

Salary and package expectations:

Base salary: around SGD 220,000–350,000 per year for an experienced regional leader
