Machine Learning Engineer

About Position:

We are seeking an experienced Machine Learning Engineer with strong hands-on experience in building machine learning models and a solid foundation in machine learning and deep learning. The ideal candidate should be able to identify the right algorithm for a given problem, build production-grade ML solutions, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver impactful data-driven products and insights.

What You'll Do:

• Develop, train, and optimize ML models (supervised, unsupervised, deep learning).
• Perform feature engineering, model selection, hyperparameter tuning, and evaluation.
• Work with MLOps practices and tools to support model deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management; expert-level MLOps experience is not required.
• Perform statistical analysis, A/B testing, forecasting, and anomaly detection.

Expertise You'll Bring:

• Bachelor’s/master’s degree in computer science, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
• 5\+ years of hands-on experience in building machine learning models and solving real-world business problems.
• Strong foundation in machine learning and deep learning concepts, algorithms, and model evaluation techniques.
• Strong proficiency in Python.
• Ability to identify and select the right algorithm or modeling approach based on the problem statement, data characteristics, and business objective.
• Working knowledge of MLOps concepts and tools for model deployment and lifecycle management.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Experience deploying ML models to production is preferred.
