The Role: Upper Elementary Lead Teacher (Grades 45)

As our Upper Elementary Lead Teacher, you will:

• Lead a Montessori classroom with the support of an instructional assistant
• Design and implement an authentic Montessori curriculum
• Guide students academically, socially, and emotionally
• Partner closely with families
• Collaborate with colleagues to continuously refine practice
• Engage in ongoing Montessori professional growth

This is a leadership role within a highly engaged and supportive faculty team.
