The Role: Upper Elementary Lead Teacher (Grades 45)

As our Upper Elementary Lead Teacher, you will:
- Lead a Montessori classroom with the support of an instructional assistant
- Design and implement an authentic Montessori curriculum
- Guide students academically, socially, and emotionally
- Partner closely with families
- Collaborate with colleagues to continuously refine practice
- Engage in ongoing Montessori professional growth
This is a leadership role within a highly engaged and supportive faculty team.
