Athlete Origin are delighted to be working on behalf of a RecTech start-up who are seeking to hire a Sales Development Rep (SDR) from an elite sporting background to join their growing team in NYC.

Our client is one of the fastest-growing recruiting technology companies, surpassing

$3M ARR in just nine months

. Their platform integrates directly with employers' applicant tracking systems (ATS), automatically ingests open roles, and autonomously sources, screens, and delivers qualified candidates into existing hiring workflows. The solution operates without recruiter intervention, manual sourcing, or reliance on candidate logins.

What you’ll do:

• Market strategy, outreach, and revenue forecasting.
• Consistently achieve revenue targets.
• Prospect new customers via phone, email, and social media.
• Convert inbound marketing leads into opportunities.
• Manage sales pipeline including phone, video, and in person interactions.

What you’ll need:

• Excellent relationship building skills with the ability to network with peers, prospects and customers.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence and persuade in a business environment.
• A professional attitude, conduct and appearance.
• Previous exposure to sales is a bonus.
• High performance sporting background.
• Right to work in the USA.
