We're supporting one of the world's fastest-growing AI and customer experience technology businesses as they continue to expand their specialist AI engineering teams across Germany.

Following a major acquisition in the conversational and agentic AI space, demand for their technology has accelerated dramatically. As a result, they are hiring multiple German-speaking AI Forward Deployed Engineers to help enterprise customers design, build and deploy cutting-edge AI agents that deliver real business outcomes.

This is not a traditional software engineering role -

You'll combine hands-on AI engineering with customer consulting, helping organisations understand what's possible with AI whilst building production-ready solutions that automate complex customer interactions. Working alongside sales, solution strategists and customer stakeholders, you'll take AI solutions from concept through to deployment, becoming a trusted technical advisor throughout the journey.

What You'll Be Doing

Designing, building and deploying AI agents for enterprise customers.
Developing conversational AI solutions using LLMs, NLP and NLU technologies.
Integrating AI agents with enterprise systems, APIs, CRMs and business platforms.
Building proof-of-concepts, prototypes and production-ready solutions.
Working directly with customers to understand challenges and design solutions.
Supporting workshops, demonstrations and technical presentations.
Collaborating with AI strategists and sales teams during customer engagements.
Helping organisations unlock the value of Agentic AI and intelligent automation.

What We're Looking For

Fluent German and strong English communicationskills
Based in Germany with unrestricted right to work
2\+ years of experience building AI Agents, Conversational AI or Agentic AI solutions
Strong understanding of LLMs, Prompt Engineering, NLP and NLU
Experience integrating AI solutions into enterprise environments
Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Comfortable presenting, consulting and engaging directly with customers

Experience working in fast-paced, evolving technology environments
