Operations Manager – Manufacturing \& Supply Chain
$120,000-$135,000 \+ 10% Annual Bonus \+ Unlimited PTO

We're partnering with a growing automotive manufacturer seeking an Operations Manager to lead manufacturing, supply chain, warehouse, logistics, and operational performance across its Shelby Township facility.
This is a highly visible leadership opportunity responsible for driving production performance, developing teams, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring customer commitments are achieved. The successful candidate will serve as a key member of the leadership team and play a critical role in supporting the company's continued growth.

Ideal candidates will bring:
- Experience leading manufacturing operations within an automotive or industrial manufacturing environment
- Strong background in operations management, plant leadership, production, supply chain, logistics, and inventory management
- Experience developing and tracking KPIs, operational metrics, and performance improvement initiatives
- Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, 5S, Six Sigma, and operational excellence principles
- Experience leading cross-functional teams including production, materials, warehouse, logistics, and support functions
- Strong financial acumen including budgeting, cost control, and operational performance management
- Ability to drive accountability, coach employees, and develop future leaders
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, Business, Supply Chain, or related field

- Oversee supply chain, materials management, inventory, warehouse, and logistics activities
- Develop and monitor KPIs while implementing corrective actions when necessary
- Support new product launches and engineering changes
- Build high-performing teams through coaching, development, and accountability
- Implement Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement initiatives that improve operational performance
