Speech Language Pathologist, $5,000 SIGN ON BONUS

Seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist with a

$5,000 sign-on bonus

(paid over one year).

Position Overview:

Provide direct patient care to improve speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing functions, while supporting interdisciplinary team efforts.

• Perform evaluations, develop treatment plans, and communicate progress to patients, families, and team members.
• Supervise clinical staff and document services accurately per regulatory standards.
• Contribute to professional development through continuing education and peer collaboration.
• Promote a positive, safe, and professional work environment.

Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, CCC-SLP certification, California license or eligible, 2-3 years of clinical experience preferred, and current CPR certification. Must be able to perform physical activities related to patient care.

Compensation \& Benefits:

$65-$75/hour, with benefits including 401(k), health/dental/vision insurance, paid time off, and continuing education credits.
