Business Analyst
London \| Hybrid Working
£50,000 - £55,000 \+ Bonus \+ Package
A leading transformation consultancy is looking to hire Business Analysts to support large-scale business and technology transformation programmes across enterprise clients.
This is an opportunity to join a consulting environment where you’ll work alongside experienced consultants, delivery teams, and senior stakeholders on complex transformation initiatives across a range of industries.
The role would suit somebody with previous Business Analysis experience who enjoys problem solving, stakeholder engagement, process improvement, and working across both business and technology teams.
The Role
You’ll support the delivery of transformation programmes spanning:
- Digital transformation
- Enterprise change
- Process optimisation
- Technology-enabled change
- Regulatory and operational transformation
- Business improvement initiatives
You’ll play a key role in gathering requirements, analysing processes, facilitating workshops, and helping organisations translate business objectives into practical delivery outcomes.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Gathering and documenting business requirements
- Supporting stakeholder workshops and discovery sessions
- Producing AS-IS and TO-BE process maps
- Creating user stories, functional specifications, and business documentation
- Supporting Agile delivery teams across transformation programmes
- Working closely with business and technical stakeholders
- Analysing data and identifying opportunities for process improvement
- Supporting UAT, implementation, and change activities
- Maintaining project documentation and requirements traceability
What We’re Looking For
- Experience working as a Business Analyst within consulting, transformation, or enterprise environments
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience gathering requirements and documenting business processes
- Understanding of Agile delivery methodologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to work across both business and technology teams
- Experience supporting transformation or change initiatives
Nice to Have
- Experience within consulting or client-facing environments
- Exposure to enterprise transformation programmes
- BCS or CBAP certifications
- Experience using tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps
