About the role

We are looking for a high-impact HR Specialist / Lead to own Learning \& Development

across Neo, Finova, and Ryze. This role is designed as a dedicated COE partner,

responsible for building scalable capability-development programs in a fast-growing,

high-hiring-velocity environment. While L\&D will be the primary area of focus, the individual should also be open to working across other COE functions within the HR team — including Talent Management, Total Rewards — driving these end-to-end as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Identify capability gaps and design targeted learning interventions
  • Drive execution of leadership development, manager effectiveness, and
  • functional training programs
  • Partner with internal/external stakeholders to deliver scalable learning solutions
  • Track learning impact and adoption using data-driven metrics Reduce
