What You'll Do

• Conduct behavioral assessments and evaluations
• Design individualized ABA treatment plans
• Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
• Monitor client progress through data analysis
• Adjust treatment goals and interventions as needed
• Partner with caregivers and multidisciplinary teams
• Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation
• Provide telehealth supervision and consultation services

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification required
• Current state licensure where applicable
• Experience developing and overseeing ABA programs
• Experience supervising RBTs
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage responsibilities effectively in a remote environment
