Electrical Maintenance Engineer

A highly skilled Maintenance Engineer responsible for ensuring the reliable operation of all mechanical and electrical equipment through preventive and proactive maintenance practices. The role involves diagnosing and troubleshooting complex systems including PLCs, hydraulics, and pneumatics, managing spare parts, training technicians, and maintaining compliance with ISO 9001 and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance to minimize equipment downtime and enhance productivity
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and control issues, including PLC-based systems
• Maintain and update CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) for planning, scheduling, and recording maintenance activities
• Conduct root cause analysis for recurring failures and implement corrective actions
• Supervise and train technicians on maintenance procedures, safety practices, and equipment operation
• Manage spare parts inventory and coordinate procurement to ensure the availability of critical components
• Work closely with production and engineering teams to support continuous improvement initiatives
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 quality standards and health \& safety regulations
• Participate in shift-based operations to provide full maintenance coverage
• Support installation and commissioning of new machines and production lines.

**Requirements**

• Minimum 2\+ years of experience as a Maintenance Engineer
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering
• Strong expertise in machinery, hydraulics, pneumatics, and control systems
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve equipment failures
• Capable of planning and executing preventive maintenance strategies ????️
• Knowledge of CMMS software, PLCs, robotics, and automation systems is considered a plus
