We are looking for a Business Analyst (5\+ years of experience) to strengthen our team in a dynamic Retail Banking environment. You will play a key role in bridging business and IT by ensuring that business needs are clearly understood, structured, and translated into high-quality requirements.

As a Business Analyst, you will analyze business processes, capture and structure business needs, and ensure their correct implementation within IT systems. You will actively contribute to the definition of the target (“to be”) situation and support the full delivery lifecycle, including testing and follow-up of developments.

Your activities:

• Analyze and assess existing business processes
• Gather, coordinate, and formalize business needs
• Translate business requirements into clear, structured, and actionable specifications (including acceptance criteria)
• Define and document end-to-end business flows
• Support testing activities and validate deliverables
• Ensure follow-up on IT developments and contribute to delivery quality
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and present the target (“to be”) situation

You have the following skills:

• Strong experience in business analysis and requirements engineering
• Ability to produce clear and structured documentation for both business and IT audiences (including acceptance criteria)
• Solid understanding of business process modeling and business flows
• Proven stakeholder management and communication skills
• Good knowledge of Retail Banking processes
• Knowledge of Client Management processes, including regulatory context
