About the Role

Joblet.ai is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to own our demand generation and user acquisition strategy across both sides of our marketplace—enterprise employers and professional job seekers. You will design and execute campaigns that drive qualified employer leads and grow our professional user base, utilizing a strategic mix of paid, content, SEO, and partnership channels.

What You Will Do

  • Demand Generation:

Develop and execute multi-channel growth campaigns targeting enterprise HR and Talent Acquisition buyers across North America and Europe.

  • Paid Acquisition:

Own paid acquisition channels (LinkedIn, Google, programmatic) and continuously optimize for pipeline velocity and CAC efficiency.

  • SEO \& Content:

Build scalable content and SEO strategies that establish Joblet.ai as the definitive authority in AI-recruitment.

  • Lifecycle Marketing:

Manage robust lifecycle marketing programs designed to activate, engage, and retain both our employer and professional users.

  • Experimentation \& Analytics:

Track, analyze, and report on core growth metrics; design and run structured experiments to improve conversion rates across the entire funnel.

  • Cross-Functional Alignment:

Partner seamlessly with the Sales, Product, and Partnerships teams to align all marketing activity directly with revenue goals.

What We Are Looking For

  • Experience:

4–7 years of B2B or marketplace growth marketing experience.

(Note: Experience within HR tech, SaaS, or a two-sided platform is strongly preferred).

  • Execution Track Record:

A proven track record of building, scaling, and optimizing high-performing demand generation programs.

  • Channel Expertise:

Strong, hands-on command of paid media, SEO frameworks, and modern marketing automation tools.

  • Analytical Mindset:

Highly data-driven—you make strategic decisions backed by numbers and robust analysis, not intuition alone.

  • Communication Skills:

Excellent copywriting instincts with the ability to develop clear, compelling messaging for distinct audiences.

  • Tool Proficiency:

Direct experience utilizing industry-standard tools like HubSpot, Marketo, Google Analytics, and Semrush.
