We are seeking a

HR Analyst - Compensation

to work closely with Sherwin-Williams Brazil businesses at the

São Bernardo do Campo – SP

location.

Mission:

Act as a subject-matter expert for complex compensation analysis, design updates, and cross-country issues proactively drive insights that influence talent decisions and pay competitiveness.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead complex market pricing, job evaluation, and job family architecture updates across job families.
  • Design and maintain salary structures for multi-country operations
  • Advise HRBPs and Managers on offers, retentions, and support in harmonizations leading pay equity deep-dives.
  • Own survey strategy, submission quality, and reconciliation across vendors.
  • Co-lead merit and bonus cycles driving governance, audits, and insights for post-cycle reviews.
  • Standardize methodologies and documentation.

Formal Education:

Required

:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Finance or another related field

Preferred:

  • Specialization courses in Compensation area

Knowledge \& Experience:

Required:

  • English (Intermediate/Advanced)
  • 5 years of experience in Compensation
  • Good understanding of the local where role is based (including labor legislation, compensation practices, and market trends)
  • Job evaluation, Job Grading, and Compensation Structures
  • Supporting variable compensation programs and incentive plans (short and long term)
  • Continuous Improvement aiming Compensation process efficiency
  • Compensation Methodologies (Mercer, Hay, Towers Watson)

Preferred:

  • Incentive design exposure (annual bonus, sales incentives), governance frameworks, and regulatory awareness across LATAM.
  • Compensation Analytics \& Internal Controls
  • Exposure to audit, compliance, and internal control environments

Technical/Skill Requirements:

Required (Technical):

  • Intermediate/Advanced English (speaking, listening and writing in addition to native language)
  • Intermediate/Advanced Excel (advanced formulas, pivot table, macro/vba)

Required (Skills)

  • Analytical Thinking:

Ability to interpret complex data, assess internal equity and market competitiveness, and convert analysis into clear, defensible recommendations.

  • Confidentiality \& Integrity:

Absolute discretion and ethical judgment when handling highly sensitive salary, incentive, and executive compensation information.

  • Communication:

Skill in translating technical compensation concepts into simple, credible messages for leaders, HRBPs, and employees.

  • Stakeholder Management \& Influencing:

Ability to partner with Finance, HR, and leadership, challenge decisions when needed, and influence outcomes using data and policy rather than authority.

  • Attention to Detail:

Precision and discipline when managing salary data, budgets, approvals, governance checkpoints, and documentation - errors can be costly and reputationally damaging

Preferred:

  • Intermediate/Advanced Language (Spanish/Portuguese)
  • Business Intelligence Tools (Power BI, Tableau)
  • MS Applications (Power Apps, Power Automate)
  • HRIS Systems (Oracle, SAP)
  • Compensation Platforms
