Corporate Finance Analyst- FP&A

We are working with a well-respected NYC real estate firm seeking a Corporate Finance Analyst to join their team.

Responsibilities:

• Support budgeting and forecasting processes; partner with internal teams to gather inputs and track performance
• Maintain and enhance financial models, dashboards, and key metrics for decision-making
• Analyze business performance, including profitability, cash flow, and investments
• Prepare management and stakeholder reports, presentations, and materials
• Evaluate financial impact of new initiatives and support investment analysis
• Assist with reporting processes, systems improvements, and ad hoc projects

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• 2\+ years of relevant experience (corporate finance, FP\&A, asset management, real estate valuation, etc)
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills (especially Excel)
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
• Ability to create clear, executive-level presentations
