We're looking for a talented

Carpenter / Cabinet Maker

to join our production team and help create custom exhibit booths that captivate audiences and showcase our clients' brands. If you take pride in precision craftsmanship, enjoy solving creative challenges, and thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, we'd love to meet you.

In this role, you'll transform designs into high-quality, custom-built exhibits using your woodworking expertise and attention to detail. Every project is unique, giving you the opportunity to build innovative marketing environments that are seen by thousands.

What You'll Do

  • Build custom exhibit components, including wall panels, cabinets, counters, and display fixtures.
  • Fabricate templates, jigs, and fixtures to support efficient, high-quality production.
  • Construct and fit shipping crates to ensure exhibits arrive safely.
  • Prepare, apply, and finish veneers, laminates, and solid surface materials.
  • Cut, trim, sand, assemble, and install components with exceptional precision.
  • Safely operate woodworking machinery and hand tools.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and work orders to ensure accurate builds.
  • Maintain production records and follow established quality standards.
  • Keep your workspace organized while promoting a safe, clean, and efficient shop environment.

What You Bring

  • High school diploma or GED (or an equivalent combination of education and experience).
  • 6 months to 1 year of woodworking, cabinetry, or finish carpentry experience preferred.
  • Strong measuring and mathematical skills with a commitment to precision.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders.
  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
  • A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and pride in producing exceptional craftsmanship.
