Qualifications \& Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business, Economics, Sociology, or a closely related discipline
• Recognized teaching qualification (PGCE, QTS, Teaching License, or equivalent)
• Minimum 5 years of relevant teaching experience

, including Cambridge IGCSE and A Level Business Studies

• Experience teaching Sociology at Secondary level
• Strong understanding of Cambridge curriculum standards and assessment requirements
• Proven track record of preparing students for external examinations
• Excellent command of spoken and written English
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and commitment

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver rigorous, engaging, and well-structured lessons in Business Studies (IGCSE \& A Level) and Sociology
• Prepare students effectively for Cambridge external examinations
• Develop and implement schemes of work aligned with Cambridge standards
• Monitor, assess, and report on student progress with accuracy and timeliness
• Contribute to curriculum development and departmental planning
• Integrate technology meaningfully in line with the school’s Apple Distinguished School environment
• Uphold the school’s values and contribute positively to the wider school community
