Job Description

Oversee overall operations processes and procedures and take accountability for the successful and efficient management of units, productivity, quality control and safety measures as specified within a store. Enhance and improve operational processes and efficiency, systems and principles in product flow and management as well as business processes and seek for opportunities to advance systems. In charge of the company strategy, which is implemented and adapted to the store situation. Manage coordination ensuring that all up to date information is effectively transmitted, executed and followed up on in physical stores that meet the brands needs

Responsibilities

•Contribute to operational information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; prepare, adapt and complete action plans; implement productivity, quality and customer service standards to provide the best customer experience across the store.

•Supervise the area’s performance in accordance with the store's strategy and collaborate with other teams, (visual commercial, HR, CX) to enhance store performance in a 360-degree view of the operational processes and procedures on sales floor and back area to maximize productivity and optimize resource allocation to boost sales.

•Work closely with CX Manager to review operational KPI’s performance, operational setting, processes and procedures related to the customer experience journey to work on improvement areas and set up strategy to improve customer service quality.

•Analyze, improve and implement changes on operational processes and workflows, stockroom layouts and devices ensuring store team can follow to support sales strategy of each season.

•Responsible for implementing projects defined by Headquarters and adapting them to the store's needs with maximum productivity.

•Ensure a safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following and enforcing standards and procedures as well as complying with legal regulations.

•Work with HS, HR, and GS to establish preventative measures for potential risks to provide a better protocol solution.

•Resolve issues and provide solutions to the team in all the aspects of store operations, such as RFID, SSGG orders, stock integration, DC2, BC, and everything related to the delivery procedure in store, transfers and returns, tills, all the devices' updates and use, SINT follow-up, and inventory arrangements and management.

•Communicate with product if there are any updates in terms of operational procedures and devices; propose stock transfer to maintain stores stock capacity, working environment and product quality.

•Collaborate with IT, GS, Logistics, LP, Stock Admin, AMT and Area teams to ensure proper training and project follow up.

Qualifications

  • 3\+ years of experience in a similar role
  • Knowledge of store, stock and product and process management
  • Logistics or Warehouse Experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Strong ability to multitask
  • Comfort working with multiple groups within business
