Electrical Project Manager – Large Commercial Projects

Our client, a well-established electrical contractor, is seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to lead large-scale commercial and industrial electrical construction projects throughout the Seattle market. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven construction professional who thrives managing complex projects, large budgets, and high-performing teams.

The ideal candidate will have experience overseeing sizable electrical projects from preconstruction through closeout, with strong leadership, financial management, and client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage large electrical construction projects from kickoff through completion
• Oversee project budgets, schedules, manpower, procurement, and subcontractors
• Coordinate with owners, general contractors, field leadership, and design teams
• Lead project meetings and maintain strong client relationships
• Track project financials, change orders, forecasting, and cost controls
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget
• Support field teams and provide leadership throughout all phases of construction
• Assist with estimating, buyout, and preconstruction activities when needed

Qualifications

• 5\+ years of experience as an Electrical Project Manager in commercial or industrial construction
• Proven experience managing large electrical project budgets
• Strong understanding of electrical systems, construction processes, and scheduling
• Experience with large commercial, mission critical, healthcare, industrial, or data center projects preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with construction management software and project financial tracking
