Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Senior Consultant specializing in Mergers and Acquisitions (M\&A) Human Capital to join our growing team. In this pivotal role, you will lead complex human capital integration projects, providing expert guidance on change management, organizational design, and talent transition strategies. Your expertise will drive seamless M\&A processes, ensuring value creation through effective people strategies. Duties

  • Lead end-to-end human capital due diligence for M\&A transactions, identifying key risks and opportunities related to talent, culture, and organizational structure
  • Develop comprehensive change management plans to facilitate smooth transitions for acquired entities, including communication strategies and stakeholder engagement
  • Design and implement strategic organizational structures aligned with client business objectives post-merger or acquisition
  • Conduct detailed business analysis to assess current HR processes, systems, and workforce capabilities, recommending process improvements where necessary
  • Support business development efforts by preparing proposals, conducting research on industry trends, and building client relationships
  • Manage project timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of M\&A human capital initiatives
  • Provide expert advice on management consulting practices to optimize talent integration, leadership alignment, and cultural synergy during mergers or acquisitions

Experience

  • Proven experience in management consulting with a focus on M\&A human capital integration or related HR transformation projects
  • Strong expertise in change management methodologies and strategic planning within complex organizational environments
  • Demonstrated success in process improvement initiatives and business analysis in a consulting or corporate setting
  • Excellent analysis skills with the ability to synthesize data into actionable insights for clients
  • Familiarity with business development activities such as proposal writing, research, and client engagement strategies
  • Project management experience managing multiple stakeholders across diverse teams
  • Knowledge of research techniques relevant to industry benchmarking and best practices in HR and organizational design
