You are comfortable managing up, balancing big-picture priorities with detail-oriented execution, and operating across multiple workstreams in a fast-moving environment.

What You’ll Do

Operations \& Systems

• Maintain and improve workflows, project tracking, and organizational systems (ClickUp, calendars, shared drives)
• Manage timelines and priorities across multiple workstreams, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
• Ensure data systems (Salesforce, survey forms, files) are accurate, organized, and maintained

Executive \& Team Support

• Prepare agendas, briefs, and materials for leadership and team meetings
• Manage calendars, scheduling, and shifting priorities
• Anticipate needs, surface risks, and support leadership decision-making

Programs \& Events

• Support program operations, including onboarding, offboarding, and coordination of program infrastructure (tools, systems, stakeholder touchpoints)
• Lead planning and execution of organizational events (e.g., gala, retreats, community gatherings)

Communications \& Development

• Support newsletters, campaigns, and stakeholder communications
• Assist with donor stewardship, acknowledgments, and campaign execution

People Operations

• Support hiring, onboarding, and contractor coordination
• Contribute across operational needs as they arise in a dynamic, evolving environment

Qualifications

Required

• 3\+ years experience in operations, project management, executive support, or campaign operations
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
• High autonomy, adaptability, and problem-solving ability
• Proficiency with Google Workspace, Zoom, and project management tools
• Comfort with CRM and campaign management tools (e.g., Salesforce, Mailchimp, Givebutter, Fillout)
• Alignment with RepresentEd’s mission and embracing values of equity, empowerment, progress and connection
• Must have reliable transportation and ability to travel to in-person meetings and events across the Bay Area
• Must be based within a reasonable commuting distance (approximately 30 minutes) of Oakland

Preferred

• Experience in nonprofit, startup, or high-growth environments
• Experience supporting board engagement, including preparation of materials, coordination, and stakeholder communication
• ​​Experience supporting or managing campaign strategies and campaign platforms (fundraising, communications, or program-based initiatives)

Time Commitment \& Work Environment

• Full-time (40 hours/week)
• Hybrid work model with in-person meetings and events across the Bay Area
