They are looking for a product-obsessed designer who wants to help shape an entirely new category of enterprise software.
About the Role
As a Product Designer, you will design the interface that unlocks ground truth. You will work directly with the founding team and a senior product designer to shape the product experience, owning design from user research through shipped interfaces that customers actually use. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys translating complex AI outputs and large amounts of data into intuitive, thoughtful enterprise experiences. You will have meaningful ownership over the product and the opportunity to influence how the design function evolves as the company grows.
Responsibilities
- Translate complex AI outputs into intuitive, easy-to-use enterprise interfaces
- Own design projects from user research and early concepts through shipped product experiences
- Design thoughtful experiences for complex, data-heavy products
- Build, maintain, and iterate on design systems
- Collaborate closely with engineering, product, and company leadership
- Make design decisions that balance user needs, business priorities, and technical constraints
- Help shape the product and design function in an early-stage, 0-to-1 environment
Qualifications
- 3\+ years of product design experience
- A strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product work and shipped products
- Proficiency in Figma and modern design tools
- Strong experience working closely with engineering and product teams
- Ability to simplify complex information and workflows into intuitive user experiences
- Experience designing data-heavy, enterprise, or AI-powered products is strongly preferred
- Comfort operating in a fast-moving, high-intensity startup environment
- Strong product thinking and a genuine obsession with understanding user problems
