We are looking for a Senior Art Director to Associate Creative Director to play a key role in shaping and leading our creative work, partnering closely with leadership to deliver distinctive and impactful brand work.
POSITION OVERVIEW:
The Senior Art Director / Associate Creative Director is responsible for leading projects end to end, from concept through execution, while contributing to the overall creative direction of the agency. This role requires a balance of strong conceptual thinking, hands-on execution, and team leadership/mentoring.
You will work in tandem with the Executive Creative Director on key accounts, while also independently owning projects and client relationships.
You are able to build and articulate impactful brand narratives and translate them into a strong 360 creative system across branding, packaging, campaigns and experiential. You understand how ideas travel across all touchpoints, and ensure they remain consistent, distinctive, and impactful at every stage.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Creative Leadership \& Ownership
- Lead projects from concept through final execution, consistently elevating the agency’s creative vision through quality and rigor.
- Independently own projects and client relationships, with a clear understanding of brand needs and the broader business context.
- Be client-facing, working closely with leadership teams to build strong brand relationships and continuously push brands further.
- Manage and mentor Art Directors and Designers, supporting their growth and development.
- Work closely with our strategy team, under the leadership of our Head of Strategy and Culture, to develop ideas rooted in meaning, relevance, and impact.
- Foster a collaborative, ambitious, and high-performing creative environment.
Creative Excellence \& Integration
- Beyond leading teams, remain highly hands-on, with the ability to translate ideas into strong, well-crafted creative outputs.
- Bring strong creative capabilities across the full 360 spectrum, including branding, art direction, communication, and experiential.
- Maintain a high level of craft and attention to detail across all executions, and instill these standards across the team.
- Oversee and direct production phases when needed, including pre-production, shoot direction, and post-production.
Qualifications \& Skills
- 10 to 12 years of experience within a creative or advertising agency setting
- Strong experience across branding, communication, and experiential
- Proven ability to lead projects and teams while remaining hands-on in execution
- Experience working with premium or luxury brands, ideally within beauty, spirits, or fashion
- Strong presentation and storytelling skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of ownership
