We’re hiring a Technical Program Manager to lead complex Sustainability \& Climate technology initiatives, including First Street integration and AWS-to-GCP migration.

This is a highly technical TPM role, not traditional project coordination.

💥 Role Overview

• Lead end-to-end programs across MSCI, First Street \& AgileEngine engineering teams

• Drive First Street integration and AWS-to-GCP migration

• Manage technical workstreams, milestones, dependencies, risks \& blockers

• Work with engineering teams on architecture, APIs, integrations, databases \& cloud

• Drive testing, validation, data reconciliation, cutover \& production readiness

• Manage stakeholder communication and executive reporting

✅ Must-Have

• 10\+ years in Technical Program Management / Technical Delivery / Engineering Leadership

• Strong technical understanding of architecture, APIs, integrations \& databases

• Strong AWS \+ GCP knowledge

• Hands-on AWS-to-GCP migration experience – MUST-HAVE

• Experience managing testing, validation, reconciliation, cutover \& production readiness

• Strong risk, dependency \& stakeholder management skills

➕ Nice to Have

• BigQuery / GCP data platforms

• Python / React

• Sustainability \& Climate / Financial Services / Data products

• Distributed India \& North America teams

• AI-assisted engineering / automation
