What You’ll Do

• Drive Innovation:

Own the entire design journey—from initial discovery to final delivery—across complex, customer-facing product initiatives.

• Collaborate Directly:

Partner closely with clients to turn ambiguous, high-level briefs into sharp, well-reasoned, and stunning design solutions.

• Be the Voice of Design:

Articulate your design decisions with absolute clarity and confidence, whether you are presenting in a room full of stakeholders or refining the final pixels.

• Inspire \& Mentor:

Guide junior designers and actively champion a studio culture rooted in craft, constructive feedback, and continuous learning.

• Lead the Strategy:

Run dynamic design sprints, interactive workshops, and reviews—bringing clear structure and a unified vision to every session.

• Build Ecosystems:

Create scalable design systems and maintain rock-solid consistency across diverse products and platforms.

• Grow as a Leader:

Step into an expansive leadership role with increasing ownership over high-impact projects, client relationships, and team growth.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience:

3 to 8 years of hands-on experience designing digital products (apps, platforms, SaaS, or consumer products). You live and breathe solving complex user problems!

• A Stellar Portfolio:

A strong body of work that beautifully demonstrates both your visual finesse and deep systems thinking.

• Storytelling Skills:

Exceptional communication skills. You don't just design; you can clearly tell the compelling story behind every single design decision.

• Client-Facing Passion:

Proven experience or a genuinely strong interest in customer-facing, client-side design engagements.
