Director of Manufacturing Engineering

Job Summary

We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on leader to drive engineering excellence and facility operations at our growing manufacturing site in Singapore.

This is a

high-impact leadership role

, responsible for shaping engineering strategy, improving manufacturing efficiency, and ensuring scalable, world-class operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and drive

Manufacturing Engineering \& Facilities strategy

aligned with business growth

• Lead engineering teams to optimize

process efficiency, cost, and quality

• Oversee

site infrastructure, facilities operations, and capital projects

• Drive

continuous improvement and innovation

across manufacturing processes

• Establish and monitor

engineering KPIs and performance metrics

• Partner with cross-functional teams to support

NPI and operational excellence

• Identify risks, resolve complex issues, and implement scalable solutions
• Ensure compliance with

EHS, regulatory, and company standards

• Lead crisis management and act as a key site leader when required

Requirements

• Proven leadership experience in

manufacturing engineering / facilities management

• Strong background in

process optimization, automation, and large-scale operations

• Experience leading

cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment

• Track record managing

large capital projects (e.g. \>$20M)

• Strong understanding of

engineering standards, compliance, and operational risks

• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
