Southeast Territory Development Representative
Pro Audio, Commercial AV \& Production
Location: Florida Preferred but not required (Southeast U.S. Territory)
Compensation: Activity-Based Compensation \+ Commission \+ New Account Incentives

Streetwise Sales is seeking an independent sales representative to help develop and grow our Pro Audio, Commercial AV, Production, and Live Event business throughout the Southeast United States.
This is a flexible, contract-based opportunity for a motivated sales professional who enjoys meeting customers face-to-face, conducting demonstrations, building relationships, and developing new business opportunities.
Success in this role is driven by activity, relationship-building, and territory development. The ideal candidate has experience in Pro Audio, Commercial AV, Live Events, Production, Lighting, Integration, Rental, or related industries.

Streetwise Sales is an independent manufacturers’ representative firm specializing in Pro Audio, Commercial AV, Musical Instruments, DJ, and Lighting products throughout the Eastern United States and Puerto Rico.

Territory
Primary territory includes:
- Florida
- Georgia
- Tennessee
- Alabama
- North Carolina
- South Carolina
Florida-based candidates are strongly preferred.
Approved travel for key opportunities and territory development activities may be provided.
Responsibilities
- Develop relationships with AV integrators, production companies, rental houses, houses of worship, event companies, and Pro Audio dealers
- Conduct product demonstrations, trainings, and sales presentations
- Develop new dealer and customer opportunities
- Visit existing and prospective customers throughout the territory
- Support selected retail merchandising and training visits
- Present new products, promotions, and dealer programs
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities
- Maintain customer activity and follow-up within the company CRM
Performance Expectations
- Conduct regular customer visits, demonstrations, trainings, and territory development activities
- Build relationships with integrators, production companies, rental providers, houses of worship, and dealers
- Maintain CRM activity and follow-up schedules
- Prospect for new dealer and customer opportunities
- Participate in manufacturer trainings and team meetings
- Consistently grow sales and market presence throughout the territory
Compensation
Representatives are compensated through a combination of activity-based territory development compensation, sales commissions, and new account incentives.
Approved customer visits, demonstrations, trainings, merchandising activities, and territory development efforts may qualify for activity-based compensation when required reporting is completed.
Representatives meeting the expected minimum activity levels can generate approximately $2,000 per month in activity-based compensation while building long-term commission income.

Qualifications
- Experience in Pro Audio, Commercial AV, Production, Lighting, Live Events, or related industries
- Comfortable conducting product demonstrations and customer presentations
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Organized and comfortable managing a sales pipeline
- Willingness to travel throughout the territory
- Existing relationships with integrators, production companies, rental houses, houses of worship, or dealers are highly desirable
- Spanish language skills are a plus

Experience:
