Project Brief
This position is part of the Health Technology Assessment in India (HTAIn) Resource Centre at Indian Institute of Public Health Delhi. The Resource Centre aims to strengthen the use of Health Technology Assessment (HTA) in evidence-informed decision making in India. Its key objectives include undertaking HTA studies assigned by the Department of Health Research (DHR), building capacity on HTA for individuals, academic and research institutions, and government stakeholders, as well as providing technical assistance on HTA-related issues.
Job Summary
The position involves providing administrative, operational, and coordination support for the effective implementation of project activities. The role also includes contributing to the preparation and dissemination of project reports, along with carrying out other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Deliverables
The major duties and responsibilities will include:
- Manage day-to-day administrative and operational functions, ensuring smooth execution of project activities.
- Coordination for organizing meetings, seminars, workshops, etc.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely execution of project activities.
- Prepare and oversee the administrative financial budget, ensuring alignment with PHFI’s approved budget and expenditure framework.
- Handle logistics and manage procurement process
- Assist in data analysis and report writing
- Any other task as assigned by supervisor.
Qualification
Essential:
- Postgraduate degree from a recognized institution
Desirable
- Master’s degree in management, commerce, administration, life sciences or related disciplines.
Experience
Essential:
- Around 0 to 01 year of experience working in a research project
Skills \& Competencies
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Experience in project management, documentation, and coordination activities.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
